humans
Average human beings, that come in all shapes and sizes. If it could be a real person, then you can use that design. Remember that Enderivel is a medieval style set-up. People live in small villages, normally surrounded by farmlands, with a major town around the castle. Villages are run by the Village Head, followed by the Baron and Baroness of each province, then Captain of the Guard, then the King and Queen themselves.
Humans can either be farmers, warriors or traders. Farmers live in the Farm Province, Warriors live in the Battlion Province and Traders live in the Noble Province. Farmers do not nessicarily have to farm crops. They can be Ranchers, who breed stock such as cattle and horses; Orchard or Winery Owners, who grow fruit or even Foresters, who grow and gather wood. Warriors come in many forms too, Calvary, Foot Soldiers and Archers. The best warriors may become Knights.
elves
Not Santa's elves, these are the Elves you expect to find in Lord of the Rings and other fantasy books/movies like that. They function in a society where survival of the fittest rules. If you cannot fight, then you will die. Elves live in large, tribe like, groups, reffered to as family groups, even though not all the Elves are family. Family groups are run by the Elder, who are only outranked by the War Commander and The King and Queen themselves.
Elves can be Traders, Warriors or Workers. When Warriors turn 8, they are taken to the Academy for training, and once they turn 12 they return to their family group until called to war. The best Warriors may become part of the Royal Guard. Workers are much like human farmers, however, they do not demolish land to clear for farmland like humans, instead, they grow their crops in the natural clearings and valleys in the forest and mountians.
enderivallians
Now these are the tricky ones, but definitely one of the best. Imagine somewhere half way between Elf and human. They take on the magic characteristic of the elf, also featuring pointed ears, while keeping the mostly human build. They are slightly more graceful and lithe than humans, but more stocky and less sneaky and plotting than Elves. They are mostly seen as desert bandits, as they live in a nomadic, tribal like society. Each tribe has the Tribal Leader, then there is the Ladies of each province, and then there is the Queen of the Enderivallians.
Enderivallians can be Scouts, Warriors or Traders. Scouts job is to find water and food sources for their tribe. Most scouts are males, and are seen as disposable, while most warriors are female. The best Warriors may be invited to join the Elite Force, a group who's soul job is to protect the Queen at all costs.
